England Premier League

-Portsmouth vs Everton-
These are two teams that have been really in form lately. Earlier in the season Portsmouth took out Reading in a exciting 7-4 victory, but Everton topped that off with a 7-1 victory last weekend against Sunderland. Personally, I'm sticking with Everton here. I get the feeling that they are going to grab a point out of this game, and the fact that Everton have won 3 out of the last 4 games in Fratton Park makes me feel a little bit more comfortable.

-Reading vs Middlesbrough-
Middlesbrough is has been doing horrible this season, and Schwarzer and Mido missing I don't really see that changing. Reading for me is the pick here, but their defense has been atrocious conceding a lot of goals, same with Middlesbrough. I'm going with Reading here and the over as well.

-Wigan vs Manchester City-
Wigan have been doing terrible this season, as always. They need a result, and they almost got one last week at Arsenal, holding them to a 0-0 draw for a little over 80 minutes. If there is anytime that Wigan can finally get a win, its against Manchester City. Manchester City do not play well at all against Wigan. There are certain match ups with good teams against bad teams that just always go in the worse team's favor, and this is one of them. Wigan at home here is the pick.

Spain La Liga

-Espanyol vs Barcelona-
From me, this is the most interesting game of the day. Espanyol Barcelona vs FC Barcelona, what more could you want. Espanyol was the very reason that Barcelona didn't win the title last season, with Tamudo scoring the equalizing goal at the Camp Nou at the death of the game to pretty much kill off their hopes of a third consecutive title. There is revenge on their minds for sure. One downfall for Barca is the fact that they are missing Henry. He's been key in setting up players and making smooth passes that have led to goals this season. They are going to settle with youngster Bojan to take his place, and this isn't really that bad. Bojan is reaaaally good, especially at the age of 17. Barcelona remind me of Arsenal, their squad is deep, so you can never right them off. Another downfall is the fact that they have been horrible away from home, with only 1 win this season. Ronaldinho comes back into the game but he hasn't done much this season, and I feel Messi is going to put up one hell of a show against the side he scored Maradona's "Hand of God" goal against. Espanyol have done great against big teams Real, Sevilla, and Valencia, so you can't write them off completely. I'm putting a small 1 unit bet on Barca in hopes that their "revenge" goes their way.

-AC Milan vs Juventus-
AC Milan haven't won a home game this season yet, and with an in form Juventus I just can't see them getting their first home win here. Obviously this is still Milan at home, but I think Juventus +1/2 a goal spread has a lot of value against a team that has failed to win at home the last 6 times. I'm putting a small 1 unit bet on Juventus, this is still the European champions we're going against...

La Signora

Juventus will soon be where it belongs to be; unfortunately Camoranesi will not be able to play today, but Ranieri loves to mix his deck....he could even put Tiago in at the last minute, he decides the roster and communicate it an hour before the game. Look out for the the three changes he will surely make.
Watch out Milan!!! Usually Buffon sucks a goal in, when in San Siro, but you can never trust TREZEGOL and the devastating Iaquinta's hunger. You will see today the tightest defense La Signora is able to produce: Juve will drive crazy Gilardino & Co. with offsides....with that being said, much respect for one of the deepest team in the Serie A, even if they didn't come up at home yet, they still manage better than anybody else the important and/or international matches. BIANCONERI will score and play at their best: WE ARE HUNGRY !!! and the best team will win today, no doubt about that. After all, we show respect for Milan, not Inter. That's the key of this match....and thank God Mancini is the coach for Inter, or they will be winning everything 6-0 !!! Enjoy the game: FORZA JUVE !!!!
